Grand Honor Award Outlook on the Severn Architect: Donald Lococo Architects, LLC Contractor: Winchester Construction Company Photographer: Donald Lococo (ext.) & John Dean (int.) Jury Comments: “A wonderful response to the site, very nice detailing, and the detail is impressive. It stands out and it flows down the site, gives some importance to the site. A real modern arrangement of spaces contained within a traditional form, and the ideas through the cabinets is an ingenious way to solve a couple of problems.” |
